Enterprise Account Manager (Insurtech): Driving strategic revenue growth and long-term value for Enterprise Insurer Partners with an accent on complex relationship management across Personal and Commercial Lines. Location: Hybrid (in-office attendance at Worcester or Winchester twice a week) with frequent travel across the UK.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of insurers, MGAs, and brokers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Build executive-level relationships to align insurer strategies with platform capabilities and SaaS roadmap.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear financial targets and milestones.
- Negotiate contract agreements and drive direct and indirect revenue streams, including EDI and transactional income.
- Provide data-driven insights to partners to enhance relationships and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Coach and develop junior colleagues and collaborate across internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Account Management experience, including specific sales and contract negotiation.
- Strong background in Insurance Provider, Broker, or Software House environments.
- In-depth knowledge of the general insurance market, including both Personal and Commercial lines.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently across the UK.
- Experience interpreting statistics and presenting reports to Board-level executives.
- Educational background: GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (essential).
