TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Insurtech): Driving strategic revenue growth and long-term value for Enterprise Insurer Partners with an accent on complex relationship management across Personal and Commercial Lines. Focus on optimizing end-to-end distribution, improving product performance, and maximizing insurer placement within the ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (in-office attendance at Worcester or Winchester twice a week) with frequent travel across the UK.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of insurers, MGAs, and brokers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Build executive-level relationships to align insurer strategies with platform capabilities and SaaS roadmap.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear financial targets and milestones.
  • Negotiate contract agreements and drive direct and indirect revenue streams, including EDI and transactional income.
  • Provide data-driven insights to partners to enhance relationships and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coach and develop junior colleagues and collaborate across internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Account Management experience, including specific sales and contract negotiation.
  • Strong background in Insurance Provider, Broker, or Software House environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the general insurance market, including both Personal and Commercial lines.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel frequently across the UK.
  • Experience interpreting statistics and presenting reports to Board-level executives.
  • Educational background: GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (essential).
