Junior Key Account Manager (FMCG)

Work within the Benelux Business Unit at hirify.global, supporting key account management for retail customers.

What you will do

• Grow and nurture relationships with a portfolio of small retail customers.
• Support the Key Account Manager responsible for a top-three retailer.
• Establish sales plans and prioritize activities to achieve targets.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate annual operating plans covering agreements, pricing, product innovation listings, and campaigns.
• Build long-term sales plans and adapt sales activities for key customers and accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities through Nielsen, IRI, or GfK analysis and deliver sales, profit, and market-share commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at university level.
• 0–2 years of experience in a commercial position and clear motivation to develop in account management.
• Commercial drive and passion for the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong communication, analytical, simplification, and commercial skills.
• Ability to remain effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
