TL;DR
Financial Analyst (Logistics): Supporting recurring financial and operational reporting for enterprise customers with an accent on transportation spend analysis, budget forecasting, and freight audit processes. Focus on identifying cost variances, maintaining TMS contract data, and driving continuous process improvement within a bilingual environment.
Location: Must be based in Querétaro, Mexico. The role is onsite Monday through Friday, with a hybrid option available after the first 6 months.

What you will do
- Analyze transportation spend, carrier costs, and operational trends across various modes and locations.
- Support budget, forecast, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy for customer stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain customer-owned carrier contracts, routing guides, and rating structures within the TMS.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on invoice, accrual, and routing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with customer and internal leadership to respond to financial inquiries and business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (proficient level for verbal and written communication).
- 2+ years of business experience in financial analysis, reporting, or supply chain support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with carrier contracts, routing guides, or TMS configuration.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Infios, MercuryGate TMS, or Zendesk.
