What you will do

• Manage accounting and local reports for the Insurance Regulator in compliance with Insurance regulation and NIFs.
• Calculate asset impairment accruals and handle month, quarter, and year-end reconciliation processes.
• Calculate and report all information related to local taxes (SAT).
• Coordinate the monthly accounting closing for full company operations and produce consistent financial reports.
• Manage the process of supplier payment and registration of expenses.
• Maintain the General Ledger (CoA) according to Local and US GAAP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in the Insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher (Certified).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data analytics.

Nice to have

• Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency.
