What you will do

• Manage Accounts Receivable relationships with hirify.global’s clients to ensure timely payments.
• Work directly with Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales functions to resolve customer issues impacting payments.
• Ensure Accounts Receivable overdue balances remain below defined targets.
• Handle instructions from plants regarding discrepancies and deductions.
• Ensure every posted document has appropriate support documentation attached.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (2+ years required)
• Proficiency in Excel, including databases, formulas, and pivot tables (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
