What you will do

• Support project teams with financial management throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted versus actual revenue to identify scope changes.
• Conduct monthly Earned Value Analyses (EVA) in collaboration with project leadership.
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents, including statements of work and change orders.
• Support general ledger functions and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil or Mexico
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Fluency in English required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of the accounting cycle, project budgets, and contract review.
• Ability to undertake occasional domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Prior experience in the CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks.
