Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead AI infrastructure projects from acquisition through construction readiness.
• Manage integrated development roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, and utility planning with municipalities and engineering teams.
• Recommend Go/No-Go decisions based on development milestones.
• Establish development governance, readiness gates, and project handoff standards.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data center, industrial, or infrastructure development.
• Strong understanding of permitting, entitlement, and utility coordination.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, legal, and construction.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP certification.
• Experience with self-development or joint venture delivery models.
