What you will do

• Oversee all phases of data center construction from design review to commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Manage change control, budget adherence, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and inspections.
• Lead commissioning activities and develop standard operating procedures for facility systems.
• Oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization post-commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management focused on data center or colocation infrastructure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and design coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
