What you will do

• Deliver live virtual training, group sessions, and 1:1 coaching for new and tenured clinicians across Virtual Care and Population Health.
• Facilitate foundational, workflow, and application-based sessions using adult learning best practices.
• Partner with Senior Specialists to execute day-to-day plans for new hire cohorts, including agenda and logistics.
• Update training materials, slides, and facilitator guides to remain aligned with approved clinical workflows.
• Capture learner feedback and performance data to inform curriculum improvements and service-line decisions.
• Provide surge support by managing breakout rooms and operational workflows during high-volume hiring periods.

Requirements

• RN/BSN or equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (ambulatory, telehealth, case management, or triage).
• 1+ years of experience in clinical training, precepting, or adult learning.
• Proficiency in virtual facilitation tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Ability to explain complex clinical workflows in clear language and provide behavior-based feedback.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal disclosures).

Nice to have

• Experience with Instructional Design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline for basic content edits.
