Salary: $20.00 – $20.50 per hour

What you will do

• Design and deliver intensive live interventions to small groups of students using an online video-based tutoring platform.
• Use data to drive decisions regarding instructional strategies and student growth paths.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine and implement targeted support.
• Communicate support rationale and feedback to parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage intervention schedules and coordinate student transitions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Active teaching certification or license.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online video chat tools.
• Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Availability for at least 18 hours per week during the day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Nice to have

• ESL/ESOL endorsements or bilingual capabilities.
• Middle school math experience.
