What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand training challenges and design effective, tailored learning solutions.
• Lead scoping meetings and internal discussions to define project goals, budgets, and execution plans.
• Craft comprehensive proposals and lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Deliver dynamic presentations to diverse audiences to build trust and showcase company capabilities.
• Onboard project managers and designers to ensure a smooth transition from scoping to project kick-off.
• Manage account relationships and identify new sales opportunities within existing client organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in the training/learning field, specifically creating proposals and pitching eLearning solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting and client-facing roles.
• Expertise in instructional design and the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel occasionally to visit clients onsite (typically up to 6 trips per year).
