What you will do

• Design and deliver engaging technical learning experiences, including eLearning modules and curriculum pathways.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into structured, learner-friendly materials.
• Create interactive eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Incorporate multimedia and interactive elements to enhance engagement and retention.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support content creation and learning experience enhancement.
• Review and improve existing learning materials based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or eLearning development.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools.
• Familiarity with IT concepts and AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.

• Instructional design certifications.
