What you will do

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, and budgets, and manage payment applications.
• Administer construction contracts from inception through to closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and coordinate with officials for project closeout.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and strictly enforce onsite health and safety standards.
• Review project progress to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Report cost, schedule, risk, and quality metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Work location: Must be onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate relationships.
