ScienceSoft is looking for a highly driven and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team.
🌏 Remote work.

✅Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services industry.
-Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue growth.
-Experience selling complex, consultative, solution-led services.
-Strong understanding of B2B sales processes within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
-Experience managing sales cycles typically ranging from 2 to 6 months.
-Ability to engage with and negotiate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
-Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Willingness to travel internationally when required (typically at least once per quarter).

🔹Main responsibilities:
-Develop and execute business development activities across multiple industries and international markets.
-Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, marketing-generated leads, partnerships, and industry events.
-Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signing.
-Sell software development services, AI solutions, and other IT services to small, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
-Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
-Understand client business challenges and position solutions with clear business value and ROI.
-Participate in conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and other business development events.
-Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams throughout the sales process.
-Support the initial stages of project execution to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
-Develop and grow accounts that you bring into the company.
