What you will do
- Achieve annual sales quotas and negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Coordinate all sales activities to increase revenue within Commercial and Enterprise contact centers.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and VP-level executives.
- Analyze customer business situations to identify opportunities driven by technological advances.
- Develop and monitor purchasing agreements for CXone Mpower.
Requirements
- Must reside in Texas.
- 5+ years of experience in software portfolio sales in a hunter-type role.
- 1-2 years of experience specifically selling AI Software Solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its practical applications.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve customer escalations and build trust.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
