Salary: $300,000 – $330,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the omnichannel practice to drive growth and differentiation.
- Source and lead an annual book of business of $3 million through network leveraging and strategic sales efforts.
- Assess client organizational readiness for omnichannel transformation and design governance and SOP frameworks.
- Oversee the creation of data-driven customer engagement journeys leveraging personas and market research.
- Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of omnichannel strategists and consultants.
- Establish scalable processes and partnerships with external technology and data analytics providers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting, advisory, or digital strategy specifically for the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven track record of sourcing sales exceeding $3 million in the previous 2-3 years.
- Must be based in the US, Canada, or the UK.
- Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and pharmaceutical regulations in omnichannel engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or business-related fields (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills for C-suite interactions.
