Project Manager, Interconnections (hybrid schedule) (Electrical Utility Infrastructure)

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; availability to work up to five days in the office may be required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire is required as necessary.

Annual salary: $121,730–$135,250, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead construction activities for new customer connection large projects and DER/solar projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, work orders, equipment, invoicing, and payments.
• Coordinate overhead, underground, substation, TNV, SNV, SC, and customer station work.
• Advise project teams and management on project progress, financial status, economics, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering rights teams and legal teams on licenses and easements.
• Meet customers on site, attend work center planning meetings, and support emergency restoration assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least five years of progressively responsible project management experience involving electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of electrical utility infrastructure, including overhead, underground, substation, and customer station work.
• Strong project management, decision-making, communication, teamwork, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Maximo, Power Track, PowerClerk, Omni, Adept, and iTOA.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring sponsorship to start employment will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated environment.
• MBA, advanced degree, project management certification or coursework, or related professional designation.
