Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Low Voltage)

Location: Lima, OH; local support required with 4–5 days onsite or as client needs change

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Manage the full scope of data center and other critical-environment construction projects, including schedule, scope, budget, risk, and contingency planning.
• Lead and mentor project teams while maintaining the client’s vision as an owner’s representative.
• Manage Autodesk and Procore design platforms, documentation, design packages, schedules, compliance, and drawing QA/QC.
• Coordinate design activities across engineering, architecture, contractors, vendors, and general contractors, including meetings, submittals, RFIs, site walks, and mock-ups.
• Support change management, cost-impact reviews, tenant or customer design integration, and construction administration.
• Manage invoicing and collections, identify add-services opportunities, and resolve project risks and conflicts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a thorough understanding of building design and construction processes.
• 2+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• 4+ years of project management experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, and fiber-optics construction.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
