What you will do
- Lead multiple complex client engagements, ensuring profound strategic impact and high client satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic business partner providing thought leadership in customer experience and marketing transformation.
- Evolve the Customer & Business Strategy capability, specifically focusing on CX strategy, CRM, loyalty, and digital innovation.
- Mentor and coach consulting talent, managing career growth, performance reviews, and continuous skill development.
- Drive business growth by leading major new business pursuits and expanding the client portfolio.
- Implement innovative delivery methodologies, including the adoption of AI and agentic operating models.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a Big 4 consultancy, leading strategy firm, or top-tier marketing agency.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex CX and marketing transformation programs.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to link strategy to measurable business value.
- Outstanding communication and visionary leadership skills for coaching and stakeholder management.
- Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
