Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (up to 50 days of work from home per year after the first three months)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting the CEO agenda and key decision-making processes.
• Drive projects end-to-end, from problem structuring and analysis to recommendation and execution.
• Support the execution of the EM2030 strategy, including KPI definition, tracking, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve organizational performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Design and implement scalable processes and reporting frameworks, such as OKRs, across the business.
• Prepare high-quality materials for senior leadership, translating complex topics into clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Politics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or similar high-performance environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for navigating senior leadership and cross-cultural teams.
• Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and market research activities.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in gaming.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for analysis and research.
