What you will do
- Define and evolve a target account base across Singapore and APAC to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound activity, networking, and direct engagement.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders including CX leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives.
- Position cloud communication solutions by aligning technical capabilities with specific business outcomes and pain points.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to support enterprise deal progression.
Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales from engagement to signed contract.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
- Must be based in Singapore or open to relocation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid WFH/WFO arrangement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud, communications, CX, or AI platforms.
- Exposure to CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS domains.
