TL;DR
Senior Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/Observability): Prospecting and growing existing business across Asia with an accent on consultative sales and relationship management. Location: Remote, but must be located in and have full work rights for Singapore
Salary: $335,000 - $386,000 SGD (OTE)

What you will do
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within a portfolio of existing enterprise customers in Asia.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, demos, PoCs, negotiations, and account management.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Articulate the value proposition of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to technical stakeholders.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams for seamless hand-offs after the trial phase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud technology sales.
- Proven track record of top-tier performance (top 10%) in competitive sales environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and data management.
- Strong communication skills for virtual and in-person consultative selling.
- Must be located in Singapore and possess full work rights for the country.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open-source technology.
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
- Technical background or experience selling complex technical products.
