TL;DR

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 + commission + equity

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Lead deep discovery conversations and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees including security, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes like productivity gains and risk mitigation.
  • Orchestrate multi-threaded deal cycles in partnership with Sales Engineering and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning using AI-driven tools and Salesforce.
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Must be located in or willing to work within the US Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
  • Proven success selling to technical buyers and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, cloud platforms, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Active and proficient use of AI tools for account research, outreach, and deal preparation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the territory for customer meetings and events.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling developer tools, data platforms, or AI-adjacent products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling environments.
