TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Scaling an AI-native commerce platform by acquiring large B2C brands and optimizing shopping journeys with an accent on consultative enterprise sales and AI transformation. Focus on closing complex 200K+ ACV deals and collaborating with product teams to build the enterprise playbook.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or be able to relocate. Hybrid: office attendance 2–3 days/week and ~20% travel.

Compensation: OTE $320K – $400K (Base $160K – $200K) + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle for large B2C ecommerce brands, focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct discovery with C-level and VP-level stakeholders (CDO, CMO, VP Ecommerce) to identify revenue and margin opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to scope and execute POCs that prove business lift.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting and multi-threading.
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and budget approval processes to close multi-year deals.
  • Provide structured field feedback to leadership to refine product packaging and the sales narrative.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Minimum 2 years closing complex enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder involvement.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with ACV of $200K+ into senior digital/technical buyers.
  • Experience selling technical B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
  • Ability to work from the office 2–3 days/week and travel approximately 20%.

  • Experience using AI tools in sales workflows or building simple AI automations/projects.
