Data Center Construction Project Controls Manager, ANS

Location: Sandersville, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with a mix of remote work, client-site work, and hirify.global office or center attendance. Travel to data center sites may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Track project budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, cash flow, and variances.
• Identify project risks and prepare financial and risk updates for project teams and leadership.
• Standardize cost, schedule, and risk tracking processes.
• Review contractor agreements, identify budget gaps, and support change and claims analysis during preconstruction.
• Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams to resolve project issues.
• Integrate cost and schedule data into project reporting and travel to data center sites as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent practical background.
• Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with earned value or resource-based data.
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or negotiating project changes or claims.
• Experience in project controls or cost management teams.
• Exposure to multi-stakeholder or multi-project programs.
• Experience improving project controls processes and recommending efficiency improvements.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems.
