Location: Hooksett, New Hampshire, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required. Travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and emergency restoration assignments may be required.
Annual salary: $147,600–$164,000, plus potential incentive.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise Project Controls Analysts and Specialists supporting transmission project risk management and earned value management.
- Develop, maintain, and improve risk management, EVM, project performance processes, procedures, tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate risk register reviews, risk response activities, EVM performance measurement, portfolio monitoring, and execution-readiness reporting.
- Oversee quantitative risk analysis using EVM, Monte Carlo simulation, sensitivity analysis, and probabilistic modeling.
- Conduct forensic and root-cause analyses of cost, schedule, scope, CPI, and SPI performance and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project management, planning and scheduling, engineering, procurement, finance, operations, estimating, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, IT, accounting, finance, business, management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least 10 years of related experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, EVM, finance, analytics, cost controls, scheduling, and PMIS systems.
- Experience with system implementation, data migration and integration, quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading people, facilitating cross-functional discussions, building consensus, and presenting complex findings to large audiences.

Nice to have
- Utility and energy delivery industry experience.
- Oracle Primavera P6 or OPC scheduling experience.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- PMP, Risk Management Professional, ISO 31000, or Six Sigma certification.
