Project Controls Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; project-based onsite assignments with up to 50% travel required

What you will do

• Lead project controls activities from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, earned value metrics, and executive dashboards.
• Integrate cost management, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, risk management, and reporting processes.
• Analyze labor productivity, equipment utilization, procurement status, schedule performance, change management, and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, scheduling, accounting, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate project reviews, risk assessments, trend analysis, corrective action planning, and portfolio reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, finance, business, or a related discipline, plus 7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical, data center, industrial, power, EPC, infrastructure, or complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, budgeting, earned value management, scheduling integration, progress measurement, and risk management.
• Experience with project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, executive dashboards, performance metrics, and cross-functional project reporting.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, InEight, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license, ability to travel up to 50%, and ability to support onsite project assignments are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of KPI development, forecasting methodologies, portfolio reporting, and earned value management practices.
• Experience supporting executive project reviews and organizational reporting initiatives.
