What you will do
- Lead the activation and delivery of dynamic creative campaigns across display, video, social, CTV, and retail media.
- Configure campaign setups across ad servers, social channels, and proprietary creative management platforms.
- Manage large-scale creative variations, data feeds, and audience-driven messaging frameworks.
- Identify and implement operational workflow optimizations and AI-assisted workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across creative builds, feeds, and delivery environments.
- Mentor junior team members and drive operational best practices within the department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in activation, ad operations, campaign management, or marketing technology.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, social, and video platforms.
- Experience with DCO alongside creative management platforms, ad servers, or DSPs.
- Ability to work with structured data, campaign feeds, and large-scale creative variations.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in New York
Nice to have
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with APIs, feed-based workflows, or workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with creative production pipelines and scalable content operations.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, tagging, and personalization frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
