Salary: $75,000 — $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and deliver effective omnichannel media strategies and tactical plans for CPG clients.
• Lead media planning and execution across various Retail Media Networks (RMNs) to achieve client objectives.
• Negotiate with vendor partners to secure optimal placement, advantageous rates, and added value.
• Analyze and report on the performance of paid media campaigns based on success indicators.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal account teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Monitor active buys, arrange make-goods and credits, and maintain detailed documentation of assets and costs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of media experience working within an agency setting.
• Required: Experience working with Retail Media Networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Albertsons, Kroger).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing large data sets.
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively manage project timelines and budgets.
