What you will do
- Develop integrated media solutions aligned with client business goals in collaboration with investment, search, social, and analytics teams.
- Drive the integration between commerce and brand media to maximize impact across the customer journey.
- Manage relationships with media partners and platforms to identify and deliver innovative media solutions.
- Stay current on retail media trends and develop strategic POVs to inform internal teams and clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and performance optimization across various retail platforms.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in commerce, paid media, trade strategy, retail operations, or analytics.
- Deep knowledge of Retail Media Networks and how they fit into the broader media ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with retail bid management platforms such as Pacvue or Skai.
- Proven track record of planning and reporting on campaigns across Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, and Google Shopping.
- Strong understanding of retail commercial fundamentals, including margin, inventory, and demand planning.
- Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
