Salary: $84,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Lead B2B programmatic strategy development aligned with lead quality and sales velocity objectives.
- Manage campaign execution across display, video, native, and ABM-driven channels.
- Partner with analytics teams to connect programmatic impact to CRM and pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with data partners like Bombora, 6sense, and Demandbase to maximize platform capabilities.
- Support new business efforts with programmatic insights, pricing, and case studies.
- Maintain financial discipline through accurate budgeting, pacing, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns in an agency or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, account-based marketing, and funnel-stage optimization.
- Proficiency with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt) and ad serving platforms like CM360.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and connect metrics to business outcomes.
- Must be based in the United States; preference for candidates in CT or ET time zones.

- Experience with B2B martech ecosystems such as Google Analytics, 6sense, or Bombora.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts into actionable client insights.
