Location: Miami, Florida, United States
Salary: $149,440 - $224,160 + cash incentives

What you will do
- Own the annual Southeast Sports Marketing business plan, including priorities, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Translate national strategy into regionally relevant programs that drive brand affinity, consumption, and HHP growth.
- Lead regional event initiatives and projects, delivering innovative live experiences and maximizing ROI across activations.
- Develop and manage athlete, team, and creator partnerships, including collegiate sports & NIL, to amplify local talent to national impact.
- Lead regional gaming strategy in partnership with national teams to expand reach into new and younger audiences.
- Manage and develop a team of Sr. Sports Marketing Managers and related managers, ensuring alignment across global, national, and regional plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and management with leadership responsibility, focused on sports, athletes, and consumer marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale marketing initiatives and events.
- Proven experience identifying, signing, and managing regional and national athlete & team partnerships.
- Experience in collegiate sports and NIL.
- Strong understanding of sports culture, trends, and emerging communities at regional and national levels.
- Experience managing significant budgets and delivering ROI.
