What you will do

  • Develop and execute marketing operations strategies aligned with CAP business goals, optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee selection, deployment, and integration of marketing technology platforms to support campaign lifecycle management and data-driven decisions.
  • Improve marketing operations processes by establishing best practices and scalable workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle with marketing and product teams, driving continuous execution, tracking, and reporting improvements.
  • Lead marketing analytics development and interpretation to deliver actionable insights and improve KPIs.
  • Mentor and manage a marketing operations team while partnering with marketing, sales, product, technology, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with at least 3 days a week in office in New York or Atlanta
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles in technology or financial services.
  • Proven expertise with marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, automation, analytics) and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data for decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Experience establishing workflow governance and compliance frameworks.
