What you will do
- Drive new business and expansion across enterprise customers within the defined territory.
- Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate multi-seller plays to ensure cohesive positioning and joint account planning.
- Partner with product, SE, and technical specialists to shape customer strategies and drive adoption of Identity Security solutions.
- Establish trusted C-level relationships to understand unique business needs within various industry verticals.
- Translate complex Identity Security concepts into clear, business-driven outcomes for executives.
- Identify and articulate Identity Security needs across large portfolios to influence cross-portfolio demand.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to grow new logos and expand within existing customer accounts.
- Familiarity with PAM, IAM, Zero Trust, and compliance-driven selling.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English language skills.
- Must have valid work authorization for Norway (no visa sponsorship provided).
