What you will do

• Act as the commercial lead to ensure the success of projects while adhering to administration procedures.
• Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions and manage payments for specialist suppliers.
• Manage contract compliance and coordinate amendments using NEC 3/4 Option A & C.
• Conduct site visits to monitor contract performance, program progress, and costs.
• Evaluate budget changes, capture cost variances, and manage the closeout process.
• Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial field.
• Membership in an appropriate professional body.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and data interrogation skills.
• Valid driving license.
• DBS Check required.
