What you will do

• Manage customer orders from initial technical inquiry through to final delivery and account settlement.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve problems and provide project updates.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and perform necessary structural calculations.
• Coordinate design approvals and instructions with the internal manufacturing team.
• Maintain project files and quality documentation to high professional standards.
• Attend site meetings to gather design information and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• HNC or equivalent qualification in a building or construction-related subject is essential.
• Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction.
• Ability to produce clear and accurate manufacturing drawings and schedules.
• Understanding of structural connections and construction industry standards.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sheffield, UK.

Nice to have

• Degree qualification in a building or construction-related subject.
• Previous experience in a construction-related design office.
• Working knowledge of Ancon products.
• Experience as an architectural or structural technician.
