Salary: up to ¥31,840,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own and meet sales revenue targets for the Japanese region across energy, water, transport, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with distribution partners and global objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, technical leaders, and decision-makers.
- Educate the market on OT cybersecurity solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Provide local market intelligence to the global team to tailor products and marketing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to establish market authority.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
- ~10 years of sales and business development experience in cybersecurity, OT, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share in Japan.
- Experience working with distributor partnerships and managing channel sales in the Japanese market.
- Strong understanding of the operational technology landscape and cybersecurity challenges in critical infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
