What you will do

• Own and meet sales revenue targets for the Japanese region across energy, water, transport, and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with distribution partners and global objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, technical leaders, and decision-makers.
• Educate the market on OT cybersecurity solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Provide local market intelligence to the global team to tailor products and marketing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows to establish market authority.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• ~10 years of sales and business development experience in cybersecurity, OT, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share in Japan.
• Experience working with distributor partnerships and managing channel sales in the Japanese market.
• Strong understanding of the operational technology landscape and cybersecurity challenges in critical infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
