What you will do
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Renewals Sales representatives to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Drive achievement of renewal targets by managing pipeline, forecasts, and execution of renewal strategies.
- Monitor contract lifecycles and ensure timely closure of maintenance renewals.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Partner with Field Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams to align account strategies.
- Analyze renewal performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Japanese: Native or business level proficiency required for customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum of two years of sales management or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and manage inside sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese sales cycle and decision-making processes.
- Experience navigating complex customer organizations and driving sustained account growth.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with global teams is a plus.
