What you will do
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Perform outbound prospecting into net-new enterprise customers and cultivate growth from inbound leads.
- Manage the full sales process: prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
- Articulate the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise and support customers during the trial phase.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasts and customer data tracking.
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment (top 10% performer).
- Strong communication skills across in-person, online, and written channels; ability to build relationships virtually and in person.
- Experience in high-velocity technology companies and adaptability to change.
- Must be located in Tokyo, Japan.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open source technology.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
