What you will do
- Monitor and track deals within the assigned territory to ensure timely delivery and milestone alignment.
- Manage customer procurement and invoicing requirements, including purchase order processes and process exceptions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve account-level delinquencies.
- Engage with customers regarding contested renewals and title-related discussions.
- Support contract review, redlining, and documentation for new and renewal business.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to structure and execute high-value deals.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Japanese (native) and English (business level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or account coordination.
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing models, and contract workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and influence stakeholders.
