What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics.
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback and development practices.
• Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends and solve business challenges.
• Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity and employee outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience.
• Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives.
• Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location where hirify.global operates.
