What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics.
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback and development practices.
- Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends and solve business challenges.
- Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity and employee outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience.
- Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives.
- Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Must be based in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location where operates.
Nice to have
- Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations.
- Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management.
- HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
