Senior People Partner Manager (LATAM) (HR/AI Transformation): Leading people strategy and organizational change across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile with an accent on executive partnership, regional compliance, and AI adoption. Focus on designing talent initiatives, operationalizing HR infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions, and solving complex employment and organizational challenges in a fast-growing technology environment.

What you will do
- Advise LATAM leadership on organizational strategy, people priorities, leadership development, and change management.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives across the region by improving AI literacy, supporting adoption, and running evidence-based pilot programs.
- Deliver talent initiatives including succession planning, retention strategies, organizational design, and executive coaching.
- Oversee regional HR services including total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety.
- Partner with global People centers of excellence, business units, Legal, Finance, and local counsel to build compliant regional solutions.
- Support country entry strategies, new legal entities, HR infrastructure, and compliance across LATAM jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of broad HR leadership experience with strategic advisory and executive coaching responsibilities.
- Regional or multi-country experience across LATAM, including knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and compensation practices.
- Experience supporting international growth, establishing legal entities, and operationalizing HR infrastructure in new jurisdictions.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments and cross-functional initiatives across global time zones.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, stakeholder influence, and an action-oriented player-coach approach.
- Fluent English required; professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Coaching certification or formal executive coaching experience.
- Program or change management certification.
- M&A or integration experience in LATAM.
- Experience deploying or scaling AI tools within an HR or People function.
