TL;DR
Senior People Partner (Fintech): Shaping people strategy and organisational effectiveness across APAC with an accent on talent management, people analytics, leadership capability, and organisational change. Focus on partnering with senior leaders, using data to improve business performance, and designing people solutions for a diverse regional workforce.
Location: Singapore office; hybrid work with in-office collaboration Tuesday to Thursday. Primarily work Singapore business hours, with occasional flexibility for meetings across time zones.

What you will do
- Partner with APAC business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Coach and advise managers and senior leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, and engagement.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actions that improve business performance.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, organisational design, transformation, and change initiatives.
- Support a consistent employee experience across APAC while adapting solutions to regional needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global People function.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR role.
- Experience supporting leaders across the APAC region and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing, coaching, and constructively challenging senior leaders.
- Experience leading initiatives across talent, organisational change, performance, and engagement.
- Confidence using people data and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or another high-growth technology business.
- Knowledge of AI and automation trends within HR.
