Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 USD (annual range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA)

What you will do
- Own and lead global go-to-market performance marketing strategy and execution for a new unannounced ARPG mobile title, from pre-launch through global scale.
- Define and execute user acquisition methodologies and processes to hit growth and efficiency targets.
- Build and scale acquisition programs across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, ad networks, and emerging platforms.
- Establish and optimize full-funnel measurement frameworks: KPI definition, attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV modeling.
- Drive analytical insights with Analytics and Data Science to improve forecasting and decision-making.
- Build and oversee the UA pod in Shanghai, China, and lead/mentor a high-performing performance marketing team.
Requirements
- English: fluent and Mandarin: fluent.
- 8+ years of performance marketing / user acquisition experience, ideally in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
- 4+ years of people management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong expertise in attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, and performance forecasting.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Chinese gaming studios.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing best practices in the Chinese gaming market.
- Experience in midcore, RPG, or 4X strategy mobile games.
