Salary: $130,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy for Gummicube to align with business goals and scale the business.
• Manage paid digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and lead generation programs to drive qualified leads.
• Partner with Design and Data teams to produce high-impact ads, content, case studies, and website updates.
• Develop and manage industry events, including sponsored conferences, proprietary events, and webinars.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Lead and coach a marketing team of 3-4 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on B2B.
• 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong practical experience with paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and lead generation strategies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to present to executive leadership and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile marketing, app marketing, or App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Familiarity with Apple Search Ads or Google App campaigns.
• Experience working with enterprise clients or in an agency-style services environment.
• Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams.
