What you will do

• Manage release schedules to ensure timely delivery of albums, EPs, and singles.
• Oversee music asset delivery and conduct quality control of metadata.
• Develop and implement new processes to optimize workflows between music production and label operations.
• Maintain and update sound recording catalogues across internal systems and DSP platforms.
• Track copyright usage on digital platforms and collaborate with legal departments to make claims.
• Ensure music content is fingerprinted, claimed, and monetized on social media.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a record label or music distribution company.
• Experience managing release schedules and coordinating asset delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of music metadata standards and best practices.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets and maintain data quality at scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and navigating DSP backend systems.
• Must be based in London for on-site work in Camden.
