Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in South Wales HQ (travel/accommodation expenses provided for non-locals)

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

What you will do

• Drive the flow of creative work across digital, ecommerce, social, packaging, events, and campaign delivery.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of briefs, including prioritization, resourcing, approvals, and final delivery.
• Implement and optimize workflow systems to bring structure to evolving teams and processes.
• Manage resource planning and traffic across design, content, production, and marketing teams.
• Conduct creative QA for both digital and print-based outputs, specifically packaging and product assets.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging creative technologies to improve content creation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in creative operations, studio management, or traffic management within fast-paced environments.
• Confidence in managing integrated creative projects across multiple stakeholders and channels.
• Ability to design and improve workflow systems and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Commercial understanding of how creative assets are delivered for ecommerce, social, and packaging.
• Must be able to attend the South Wales HQ 3 days per week.
