Junior Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day project delivery against agreed requirements.
• Create and track clear project plans in collaboration with teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure project success.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
• Update internal reporting packs and assist with production incident coordination.
• Support financial management, including project creation and time tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bristol or able to commute to the office.
• 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications (APM, PMQ, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Servant Leadership.
• Technical capacity to translate complex technical language.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the iGaming industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
