What you will do

• Supervise the daily operations of the ISS group to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with sales targets.
• Manage the processing of Pending Order Requests to drive them to completion.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and loading of OSC data via ISS templates.
• Process Change Order Requests and handle pre-order activities, including credit checks and T&C approvals.
• Gather and maintain business analytics reports for ANZ Managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Smart Sheet, with awareness of Power BI.
• Degree in Business, IT, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
