What you will do

• Define and lead the revenue strategy and commercial operating model to achieve short- and long-term growth goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end revenue operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Establish rigorous governance processes to improve visibility and predictability across regions and channels.
• Partner with the SVP of Sales and executive leaders to set commercial targets and GTM execution plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals across revenue strategy and commercial operations.
• Prepare and deliver board-level materials and executive business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue strategy, sales operations, or commercial leadership.
• Significant experience in people leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Proven track record of operating at a Senior Director scope and partnering with executive leadership.
